A very powerful session that convinces our subconscious mind that you quit one year ago today, and that any and all withdrawal symptoms have long since passed. This session puts some distance between you and the habit, and tells you that you just “forget” about smoking.
You Quit Today
The first session in the series, it lays the foundation for success by breaking any positive associations you have with smoking by using an aversion technique, tells you to reach for water instead of a cigarette, and helps you to see yourself as a nonsmoker. Strong suggestions are given as well to stay away from that first cigarette.
